**Terms and Conditions**
1. Minimum consecutive two (2) nights stay is required and maximum stay for six (6) nights.
2. Reservations are required to be booked through the hotel’s official website or WeChat Mini-Program in advance.
3. The Regal Club double points offer is only valid at participating hotels by registered Regal Club members.
4. The promotion offer is only valid on selected dates and room categories.
5. Room rates are subject to a 10% service charge and the prevailing government tax (if applicable).
6. Booking confirmation is subject to hotel’s availability and final confirmation.
7. No cancellation, no amendment, and no refund of booking once confirmed.
8. Hotel reserves the right to amend booking terms and conditions at own’s discretion.
9. The rates are non-commissionable.
10. Minors under the age of 17 can only stay in shared rooms with a parent or legal guardian

New Regulation on Disposable Plastic Products

As part of Regal’s initiative on sustainability, we strive to minimize the occurrence of environmental pollution in our business activities.

With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free. All Regal Hotels will supply eco-friendly alternatives instead. Meanwhile, we also highly encourage guests to bring their own toiletries.
