Terms and conditions
• For gym and swimming pool access, please approach concierge at the hotel.
• Supplement of HK$70 applies to each additional quota for breakfast buffet.
• Supplement of HK$200 applies to each additional housekeeping service.
• Supplement of HK$50 applies to each set of tokens for self-service laundry (includes one wash and one dry).
• The above rates are NETT, inclusive of 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax.
• The promotion offer is available for the stays from now till 30 June, 2026 inclusive.
• Supplementary charge per night will be applied during fair period, festive days and eves.
• Food consumption discount is not applicable to banquet functions, room service, cake shop, bottle wine or any other special promotional offers and menus.
• A refundable security deposit HK$3,000 payable by cash or the same amount with credit card authorization is required upon arrival.
The storage service is subject to the following terms and conditions:
• The storage service is limited to two items of luggage. Each item must be easily manoeuvred by a single person, must not exceed 23kg (50.7 lbs) in weight, and must not exceed 32 inches (81 cm) in any dimension. Items may only be retrieved once per month.
• The following items are strictly prohibited: fragile, valuable, hazardous, or illegal articles, including:
o Explosives, flammable materials, or dangerous substances;
o Perishable items or goods producing unpleasant odours;
o Items prohibited by law or relevant regulations.
• iclub Hotel will take due care of stored luggage; however, all risks shall be borne solely by the customer.
• iclub Hotel shall not be held liable for any damage to or loss of stored items, or any items left inside or around the storage lockers. iclub Hotel reserves the right to handle any items left behind or unclaimed on the premises.
• iclub Hotel reserves the right to dispose of or transfer unclaimed luggage to the hotel’s security department for handling as lost property.
• Should a customer violate any of these terms and conditions, iclub Hotel may, without prior notice, open the storage locker and terminate the rental service, with no refund provided.
• iclub Hotel retains the final right of interpretation in the event of any dispute.
• The customer shall fully indemnify iclub Hotel against all claims, demands, legal actions, proceedings, losses, costs (including legal fees), and expenses of any nature arising from the use of the luggage storage service.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the Promotional Rate you've confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
