Terms and Conditions - "360 Tai O Day Pass (Standard Cabin)"
- The "360 Tai O Pass" comprises a Round Trip Cable Car ticket, a New Lantao Bus Ticket to Tai O, a Tai O boat excursion ticket and a Tai O snack voucher.
- Guests are required to redeem the vouchers at designated service points and each voucher can be used only once. Altered or defaced vouchers are deemed invalid. No replacement will be issued for loss of vouchers.
- All redemption vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. The voucher's validity is as per date stamped.
- Guests are recommended to pay attention to the service operations schedules and plan their own journey accordingly. Any late redemption will be considered no show and no refund will be given to the unused portion of the package.
- Regala Skycity Hotel and Ngong Ping 360 shall not be liable for any loss, damage to property, personal injury, theft, delay arising from accident, or other matters beyond its control that occur.
- Visitors are to exercise their own judgment on whether their physical conditions allow them to join in the activities of the package and Regala Skycity Hotel and Ngong Ping 360 shall not be held responsible for the physical conditions of guests.
- Guests are required to present the "Tai O boat excursion" voucher at the designated pier in Tai O for boarding. Should the "Tai O boat excursion" service be unavailable, this voucher can be used at Ngong Ping 360 Souvenir Shops at a value of HK$20.
- Guests are required to redeem the bus ticket at the ticketing office of New Lantao Bus. Usage of the ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider.
- The Tai O snack voucher can be used at selected food outlets (include Fuk Hing Hong, Macau Snack Trading Company, Tai O Bakery, Cheung Choi Kee, Solo, Wah Lee, Tai O FML, TAI OHHH) in Tai O fishing village.
- Regala Skycity Hotel and Ngong Ping 360 Limited is not a supplier of the products and services of the merchant and shall not be responsible for any liability in relation thereto.
- Voucher redemption is at the absolute discretion of Ngong Ping 360 Limited.

Hotel Terms & Conditions:
- Prices are quoted in Hong Kong dollars and subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (if applicable).
- Reservation must be made 2-day in advance and is subject to availability and final confirmation.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- All prepaid bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Unless specified, weekday refers to Sunday to Friday; weekend refers to Saturday.
- Hotel can accommodate up to 2 persons in the same room, except Suites. For family travel, Hotel can accommodate up to 4 persons in Suites.
- Child refers to a kid aged 3 to 11
- Regala Skycity Hotel reserves the right to change the offer without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Regala Skycity Hotel should be final and conclusive.

No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the Promotional Rate you have confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.

As part of Regal’s initiative on sustainability, we strive to minimize the occurrence of environmental pollution in our business activities.
With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free. All Regal Hotels will supply eco-friendly alternatives instead. Meanwhile, we also highly encourage guests to bring their own toiletries.
