- Guests are required to book Cabana Suite if staying with 2 dogs (maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at each Cabana Suite)
- Guests are required to book 4-in-1 Party Room if staying with 5 dogs (maximum of 5 dogs are allowed at each 4-in-1 Party Room)
- Extra set of pet amenities will be offered for second dog when staying at Cabana Suite, subject to hotel's availability
- Reservation must be made 3-day in advance and is subject to availability and final confirmation.

- All prepaid bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Hotel can accommodate up to 2 persons in the same room, except Suites. For family travel, Hotel can accommodate up to 4 persons in Suites.
- Child refers to a kid aged 3 to 11.

With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free.
