**Terms and Conditions**
- Minors under the age of 17 can only stay in shared rooms with a parent or legal guardian
- Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (if applicable)

- Should there be any disputes, the decision of Regal Hongkong Hotel shall be final and conclusive

* The prepaid amount of the original booking will not be refunded. Changes to reservations are subject to availability and rates may vary. If there is a price difference, the hotel will charge the difference in the room price according to the check-in date, and the excess amount will not be refunded
* If guests need to amend the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, please email/call the hotel reservation and make the date change at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of arrival.

No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the Promotional Rate you've confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
