Cancellation must be received 24 hours prior to 4pm day of arrival (local time). Guaranteed reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to 4pm day of arrival (local time) will be subject to one-night penalty charge to your credit card or forfeiture of deposit. Hotel will hold the amount to the credit card for guarantee arrival purposes. If the card is declined, hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
