• Only suites can accommodate a maximum of three pets
• All the benefits are offered one time per each individual arrival
• All pet amenities provided are subject to hotel availability
• Pets are not permitted in public area, including all restaurant outlets, OM Spa, outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre etc.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. A cleaning fee will only be charged when it happens on the bed instead of on the floor. Other damages and noises in the rooms (if any) will be charged to the guest accordingly
• Overnight parking space is subject to hotel availability and require advance notice
• 3 days reservation in advance is required
• Please make every effort to keep your pet from making noise indoors. Dogs should always be kept on leash or in carriers when in public areas
• Guests and pet owners will indemnify hotel against all claims, liability, losses, damages
