**Terms and Conditions**
- Minors under the age of 17 can only stay in shared rooms with a parent or legal guardian
- Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing government tax* (if applicable)
- All hotel services and offers are subject to availability and hotel confirmation.
- Should there be any disputes, the decision of Regal Hongkong Hotel shall be final and conclusive
- 10% commission on room rates (before government tax and service charge) is applicable to all bona fide travel agents
- The prepaid amount of the original booking will not be refunded. Changes to reservations are subject to availability and rates may vary. If there is a price difference, the hotel will charge the difference in the room price according to the check-in date, and the excess amount will not be refunded
- If guests need to amend the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, please email/call the hotel reservation and make the date change at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of arrival.

*Hotel Accommodation Tax
Effective January 1, 2025, as stipulated by the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348), room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax

New Regulation on Disposable Plastic Products; as part of Regal’s initiative on sustainability, we strive to minimize the occurrence of environmental pollution in our business activities.

With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free. All Regal Hotels will supply eco-friendly alternatives instead. Meanwhile, we also highly encourage guests to bring their own toiletries.
